Police Issue extra Newsletter.

A representative from our local Police force has released the following statement:

We've not long entered into December and already outside interest into holly in the garden/countryside has begun. I therefore feel it would be useful to make everyone aware of the issue and ask for your assistance once again in helping to keep this crime down to a low level."

Residents are therefore encouraged to read their latest Newsletter, which can be viewed or downloaded here, and to report any suspicious activity to the Police on their new non-emergency number 101.

It is important to appreciate however that this number is purely for non-urgent matters, and that 999 should always be used for all URGENT calls, which require an immediate response.

Staying with the seasonal theme, your Parish Council (and webmaster) would like to take this opportunity to wish all residents a Very Happy Christmas and an enjoyable 2012.
