Cawley Hall

Cawley Hall is our local ‘community hall’ and is located in Eye Lane, which links Luston and Ashton.
For those coming by car, and navigating by sat-nav, the post code to use is HR6 0DS.
It has many facilities to offer, such as a marked out badminton court (with net), and table tennis tables are also available. The parquet floor now has a new anti-slip sports surface. Another attraction is the raised stage, with a proscenium arch, curtains, and simple stage lighting - Perfect for putting on plays or for a drama group.
The hall can be hired for a whole morning, an afternoon, or an evening, and has a modern fully functioning kitchen, with provision for a licensed bar in a separate area. Plenty of tables and chairs are also on hand.
A smaller integral room is also available for hire, which is ideal for meetings, small conferences etc.
One of our Parish Councillors, Aerona Egerton has written an article encouraging more residents to use the many and varied facilities available at Cawley Hall, and explaining how this could possibly be achieved.
It can be read or downloaded here, so please do have a look at it, as all comments are more than welcome!
